Yes I do, I cant say I do X amount per week or how many cals are burnt or what not, but its there, actually going for 30-40mins incline tredmill this morning as an insurance against spilling over and to make me feel good. I walk outdoor, steep incline tredmill, stepper, cycling, but I listen to body and will not do cardio if I am too fatigued and it will pull strength away from weight sessions, I am not stubborn like that. Now thats alot of I's lol
