not happy with how final package ended up looking on stage, regardless of placing or no placing. Looked fine backstage to me and thought I would be in the mix, but look pretty crap in most of these pics.

yeah some god awful genetics in there.... better condition than most ifbb or npc shows though so gotta hand it to em in that respect. most guys from the UK seem to have odd structures from what I've seen, lot of strange builds ive seen from UK bbers. Ro looks to be one of the best aesthetically, but his conditioning was watery which is a shame cus he coulda been top 3 if he'd nailed it.

dont get yourself down bro you have the muscle and structure to murder these guys next time. IMO, you look pretty complete body part wise it was your conditioning and posing that threw you off. I watched your video and you look a little awkward onstage, like you look nervous as hell up there and really stiff, not confidently commanding the stage like some guys can; thats definitely something to work on for next time. You were big and full for sure, but held water between the muscle and the skin and I'm no expert so I can't tell you why that is, but I saw you posted a thread about carbing up with insulin; if you did that for the contest, then I think that may have made you watery. You have the size, you didn't need to be bigger IMO. Like I said, very complete physique in terms of development, just the conditioning let you down; not a fat issue either you got plenty low on the bf chart, just the water is the problem you really spilled over. Chest delts abs and quads are big strong points for you, arms... well only so much a torso dominant guy can do unless you wanna get serious serious with it and go the SEO route but thats up to you and how far you wanna take your bbing. You look great from the front if your condition is on point, but from the back you need more width for sure.

One more thing I noticed is some gyno is pretty visible in the video when you lift your arms up. I have the same thing myself and if I could afford the surgery I would do it in a heartbeat. It's hard to notice and you did hide it well, but when you lift your arms up its pretty visible.
