That pic was taken 18 months ago after I had not trained for months due to my sinus blockage which resulted in surgery.

18 months of being on antibiotics constantly was hell! So yes I had to have surgery cause I couldn't stay on them forever. I paid for my surgery and since I liked how it looked I wouldn't get surgery unless it was necessary. Now I never have to go through this again.
