I'm 30, never had surgery or even stitches. Am I the only one? My son is 9 and has had 5 operations, 4 before he was 5

Half of them were to move his balls or something, third was to fix a fuck up in second op, last (last year) was to remove tonsils, nothing big. Meant I had to forego a holiday to pay for private treatment (3 years plus wait with public system   ) His mom was very stressed but dad's job is to say everything gonna be OK.

I don't know how people cope with seriously ill kids and it was the one big thing that pissed me off about Halo. Decent guy/ireelevant threads 80% of the time but posting pics of a sick kid and boasting about washing your hands of a kid. Fuck sake, I spent my savings on legal fees to get legal guardianship of my son.

I must have missed those posts, think he was too worried with keeping up the image of being a heartless bodybuilder with eyes on the prize.
