I am glad you expanded on the subject. I was thinking of the mind/ brain when I first typed it but I was short for time when I posted.
Honestly, it's probably just an afterthought to some. I mean, you focus on what's crucial: diet, exercise, and the like. To bring about meaningful change, you know, things that
really matter. It'd be great if we could fit the other silly stuff in there, too (school, reading, etc.), but it's simply not feasible at times. A shame, really, but what can you do?
I take back the nasty remarks about intelligence and such. You've obviously got more on the ball than I realized. Sorry I jumped the gun.
