He may be the biggest douchebag and liar but I couldn't agree with him more on science, life, diet and everything else that matters. Especially his fight against yo-yo fad diets and eating disorders ("eating clean", fuck you, you fucking morons). Or:

"Fact: 99.9% of people do not understand what actual peer review research data is. I know this because when I ask for scientific peer review evidence to support points 99.9% of the time they respond with posting an article by some biased hack. Evidence>>>> your feelings"

"How unfortunate this is for those who are anti artificial sweetener zealots. I'm sure they will try to say that it's all a big conspiracy. Evidence and real scientific testing >>> your feelings and correlation

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/05/140527085124.htm?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+sciencedaily%2Ftop_news%2Ftop_science+%28ScienceDaily%3A+Top+Science+News%29"

He is fucking SPOT on every time.

Just read that study, it is really stupid or deliberately misleading to allow the  diet soda drinkers to have diet drinks that contain caffeine.  All the study proves is that caffeine helps people lose weight, duh!

No trolling....I don't doubt that he's natty. If you've ever seen him in person you know what I mean. Barely fills out a large T and he's like 6'. Lacks the volume of muscle most juicers have.

Agree. I've seen a number of guys this size lift those kind of weights natty. They look like big weights to bodybuilders but quite normal for guys who properly train for powerlifting.

I would say his technique could be improved. Also he does not have the perfect technique to be a top powerlifter (he's too lankey) so it's more just about personal gains and challenges for a guy like him.

Personally I'd actually like to see him get on anadrol and test. He's got a good base and might well blow up quite a lot once on the juice.

I know a dude who crushes up anadrol 50 tabs and puts them in some kind of pro hormone capsule with a pro hormone bottle and tells everyone he only uses shit he buys at the vitamin store.

Man you guys are haters. I suppose it comes with the territory when one is successful.

Yes. His bench no so much.
well, you can't be good at every lift, but he uses a pretty narrow grip to avoid tearing his pec again. I'm sure that brings his numbers down a little.

Agreed about his grip.  But a good powerlifter is good at all 3 lifts. Stan E.

Stan E, plz.

412.5kg squat.

Deep.
RAW, no wraps, no suit, only belt.

372.5kg deadlift. Raw. Stiff barbell. Stan does like 376kg... this guy does it in 93kg class.

Stan Efferding is good, but not even close to IPF elite.

Stan Efferding totaled over 2000lbs raw, if not more. What's this guy's total?

He never totaled this number raw. Knee wraps give him 20-40kg. If he had to walk out with the barbell himself he couldn't use his stance. He also always had shallow squat. Bending barbell - no one fucking knows how much does that give him in deadlift, maybe as much as 30-40kg.

Ray Williams had 972.5kg RAW total in IPF and is strongest powerlifter on the planet right now.

If you're gonna nitpick like that, why draw the line at wraps?  Using a belt will give you an advantage too.

Raw = belt & wraps..... is the guy you cited stronger than Stan?  Sure, could be...but they're both fucking strong, and certainly elite.  Calling Stan "good" is quite the understatement

Why are you comparing a 275lb man to a 400lb man?

Stan Efferding squatted 854lbs without wraps weighing 275lbs.

Stan totalled 2,226 @ 275 without wraps. He totalled 2,303 with wraps, effectively showing the wraps added roughly 75lbs to his total, give or take peaking for the meet / circumstances.

Stan benched 606 @ 275. Ray barely benches 520 weighing 100lbs more.

Derek Kendall squatted 1,037 with wraps. Front squatted over 800 without wraps...

Don Reinhoudt squatted 934 without wraps. And totalled over 200lbs more than Ray on a 1970's stiff deadlift bar.

James Henderson Benched 711 raw drug tested. Ray barely benches 520.

Mark Henry deadlifted 903 raw drug tested. Ray doesn't even pull 800..

The list goes on and on...But he is still very young, and a rookie. I see very big things in his future if he keeps it up.
