When is this beast going to compete again?


Frank began bodybuilding at the age of 14 in the basement of his home in Dunville. He trained using his father's old Weider Bench, some home made equipment and a few concrete weights. When Frank moved to St. John's he began training at MUN gym with Kristian Alexander who saw the potential this young guy had and was the first to edge him on to compete and helped him make it to his first competition. His first show was the 2000 NL Provincial Bodybuilding Championships which he won in a land slide victory. His next show was the 2001 Canadian Bodybuilding Championships in Nova Scotia. He placed 6th in the Super Heavy Weight Class. While at this show he was offered a contract with several supplement companies and noticed by Judges and promoters. He has since traveled to California several times and trained at Gold's Gym on Venice Beach, "the Mecca of bodybuilding". While there he met many very influential people in the bodybuilding business, including Joe Weider. He also appeared in a 9 page spread in Muscle Mag International in January 2003. He is currently training at Global Gym for the 2003 Nationals which are to be held in September. He hopes to win the Super Heavy Weight Class and maybe even take home a Pro Card.

Maybe not proporitonally as big as Priest, but a lot of guys including Frank look better because they're not midgets.

Good points - I just thought I would post it for some discussion.

Regardless of Frank is lacking a back or what have you, he has all the money muscle - huge upper body with fantastic arms as well as height and a tiny waist.  He's very reminiscent of Arnold in this manner.  He's a freak where it counts.



Whether this wins a contest is irrelevent - I would rather look like Frank than most pros.

The orals are ridiculous and the EQ pre-contest is very high.

Other than that though, as far as doing 9-10 grams of gear each week I can see it.  There was a dude on a message board that was doing 10 grams a week.  People do it, as crazy as it is.

Frank is from Newfoundland and I can't see his access to gear being that great but I suppose you can get gear anywhere.

gear's cost in region like this is fucking high.

Last I checked Newfoundland was pretty poor though.  My family had to move out of St. John's in 1989 due to lack of work and St. John's is the richest city in Newfoundland - one of only two cities actually, along with Gander.  Maybe Frank's family was doing well or he saved up money or something, because the bodybuilding lifestyle is an expensive one.

I'm thinking that Frank has one of my favourite physiques among current pros.  He competes at 5'11 and about 245.

I saw him when he was approximatly 275 and pretty tight  last year at the canadian championship.

He is fucking huge but he still doesn't look "too much" if I can say that

a friend of mine is 5'7 and currently 260 lbs and I wouldn't want his look..... he looks like a tank

Are you sure it wasn't posture?  I've seen pictures of him next to guys whose heights have been verified and he looks around 5'11.  6'0 is believable though.

yeah maybe it was the posture but he still seem a little taller than me

he must be on a shit load of GH cause he had so many veins popping out of everywhere it was crazy ( he wasn't that lean)
