i've seen guys get nasty shit from UG stuff... i dont trust it... I don't put most restaurant's food in my body, why should i use stuff concocted by some redneck or guy in his bathtub...

didn't you say that he was 6 feet or so? if so maybe he'd be bigger than that completely clean, he does seem to have a freaky amount of muscle cells in the arms and shoulders.

There are actually connections established between long winters and the moonshine drinking of Finns, Swedes and Norwegians.

It gets worse the further east you go, Russians being the baddest vodka consumers of the lot, in what is known as the Vodka Belt, going from Russia through Finland and most of Sweden. 8)

Finns have quite a reputation. They're known for drinking vodka and carrying knives. ;D

Frank is the physique I like the most of all the pros out there nowadays.What I find truly freaky about him is his front double bi pose.His arms lose no size at all & they're at pretty well a 90 degree angle in the flexed position.Other pros bend their arms in towards their head during this pose & still don't display the size Frank does in it.
