Well he's carrying 280 with if muscle use it.. You should still be able to handle your body weight no matter what you weigh.. If you're a bodybuilder or lifter

This. I weigh close to his weight, have half his muscle mass, and can still do ten solid reps.

Might be a nice guy but I could find 100 gym rats more deserving than that bloody fake muscle "athlete". Maybe he should train naturally for a few years to develop a base then megadose the gh and slin.

I'm a little under 220lbs, and I still struggle with being able to do more than 7 full range pullups, even though I'm very strong on pulldowns, rows, etc.      The strongest I ever got on pullups was when I did about a month and a half of super-slow (10 seconds positive, 10 seconds negative) chins on the assisted chin machine.  After that my regular non assisted pullup reps went up about 50%.

He is doing a chin up---supinate grip (underhand), which is easier to do than pronated (overhand) grip.

Nonetheless impressive.

I've seen Kai train before in person and he can do legit bar-to-chest pullups of 15-20 reps easily.  Dude is very weird with his training routine
