Two thoughts1. If its private property the owner should be able to do what they want with it.2. People were so outraged they immediately took to "social media to display their disgust". The even went so far as to create an 'anti-homeless spikes hashtag page on Twitter'. Wow! That's real dedication...I guess their work is done...time for a well deserved Starbucks coffee to celebrate.
