Here are some comparisons I found of Phil and Big Ramy. This gives us a better picture of what advantages and disadvantages each guy has on the other. Ramy outsizes Phil with ease, but Phil's conditioning is just on another level. What do you guys think?

I think most fans really appreciate the cocky, mean-spirited, resentful attitude.


Fans are tired of nice guys like Peyton Manning and Blake Griffin... they want to see entitled angry champions verbally battling with the haters.   The NFL would be so much more successful if Tom Brady would dedicate his Super Bowl-winning press conference to the haters.

This is somewhat the system how they have been scored in the competition, live at stage. Let see how it goes by these pictures:

SCORE #1--ROUND 1—Symmetry & Aesthetics—20%  goes to Phil
SCORE #2--ROUND 2—Muscularity in the Seven Compulsory Poses—20%  goes to Ramy
SCORE #3--ROUND 3A--FREE POSING—20%  goes to Phil
SCORE #4--ROUND 3B—ENTERTAINMENT QUALITY—20%  goes to Phil
SCORE #5—ROUND 4—FINAL POSEDOWN—20%  goes to Phil

Phil has better condition, better symmetry, better proportions and he is better poser, Ramy is only big. End of story. He has to be lot better shape in Olympia to get in top 5. Size isn't everything, you have to be good in all five criteria.

Phil is better no doubt, however the conditioning factor or the lack of is not a ''developmental'' factor, it is simply a matter of will, protocol and  an intelligent recipe, which if done correctly will make a world of a difference on Ramy's physique and catapult him as a serious threat to the throne.

I dont't know what this comparison is trying to prove... Different pictures, Ramy a lot closer than Wolf, who is just as wide and taller, as shown at the last Olympia... Also harder and better conditioned, look at Ramy's marshmellow legs, he looks like an inflated baloon... Heath is obviously better conditioned, way more details, crisper, but he's holding his own too well in terms of size in those pictures... On stage it will be different, on size alone...
