I read in an article recently (not targeted towards bodybuilders) to "eat plenty of protein to get leucine- an amino acid that helps support muscle growth and keeps your metabolism up". So, i decided to figure out JUST how much leucine i had in a day, and then compare that to LEUKIC. I know it's not the same thing, but i was under the impression that the principles of LEUKIC were to provide the body with an abundant flow of leucine- something that i discovered eating 6 solid protein-rich meals a day does remarkably well.
