Yes I actually focus on cardio mostly these days, lifting is secondary. I am still a strong man to be feared and respected however.

I run 30-50 miles/week "coach". Probably more than you've done in a lifetime.

No doubt. I'm not built for running and I've seen too much damage done from it. However I do like short shorts.
