-aquired Leonard for a 20-something draft pick role player.

-several of their key players have been cut from multiple team, spent years in the D-league, etc..

Its a testament to how great the coaching staff is. Popovich is a very smart man who commands respect and gets it from his players.

It's not about having the most talented roster, it's about having players who have a very high basketball I.Q.

Except that people didn't really come to play with Lebron.  Lebron actually left his team and joined up with 2 other all-star, max contract, first option players on Wade's team.  Then they added Ray fucking Allen and that still wasn't enough.  These players already colluded to stack the deck in their favor so they could collect a bunch of devalued championship rings.  Now they want to add Melo to give themselves an even more absurd talent advantage.  Ring chasing at it's finest.  If you can't beat em, join em.

These young superstars aren't worthy of being compared to Kobe Bryant.  They don't want to compete with each other.  Kobe is an alpha dog.  He had another superstar on his team (Shaq) and wanted to get rid of him.  lol.  "I can win without him" was Kobe's mission and he did.  Kobe doesn't chase rings.  Rings chase Kobe.

He demanded a trade unless they got him some HELP, Jerry West was with memphis by then and he gave the Lakers Gasol in his prime, they signed Metta, in his prime, Added a focused Bynum, but yeah, Kobe did it by himself, right.  recently, he was leading the league in scoring, but barely made it to the 7th or 8th seed before getting destroyed by the Mavs.  Who did LBJ have in cleveland?  Mo William?  Kobe is better than LBJ, no doubt,  but he got help in LA, LBJ didn't in Cleveland, that's why he left. When MJ retired the first time, that team still won over 50 games, the Cavs are in the lottery ever since.
