Thus far for me it's always a cocktail of caffeine, ephedrine, tyrosine, carnitine-l-tartate, acetyl-l-carnitine, beta alanine, etc... basically what overpriced preworkouts contain already but in my own measurments.
Always nice to try something different.
Caffeine and ephedrine are a solid known mix.
Beta alanine works nice and so does tyrosine. The carnitines are okay, tartate increases muscle receptors, acetylcarnitine past the brain barrier and psyches u up/focus.
