« on: January 25, 2006, 05:18:49 PM »
I've recently purchased a small George Foreman Grill. Besides chicken breasts/tenderloins, can fish, veggies, and thing like that be cooked on these machines??   HELP ME OUT GUYS!

I just use it for Chix and Ground Beef Patties.  I'm sure I am not taking full advantage of it.

Salmon!

I just hate cleaning the bastard. Says non stick or something but I have to like tilt it over the sink and sponge the hell out of it. Any tips on easy cleaning?

there's another one that you can buy that you can remove the gril part and wash it like a plate.

When cooking fish but it in alluminum foil and spray the insides with your cooking spray and whatever seasonings you are using. This means zero clean-up needed (just throw away the foil) and the seasonsing that you use stay inside better for an overall better taste. I go this tip from Kris Dim as he does this during is pre-contest diet diet to save time and make bland stuff taste better.

Grilled sandwiches too.  Even grilled cheese with chicken or tuna.  Homemade chicken burritos to.

Its called the "Grilleration", you can get it at Wal-Mart or Target or pretty much any store like that.  Costs about $90 bucks, really nice though it has more gadgets.
