I`ve seen this nitwit before on the web.

Some of the comments by people on his form are ridiculous.

No credit from me just for showing up.......he should just jog and stretch......no business training like that in a gym because he will make zippo gains or fuck his body up further than he has already.

In this guys defense, it does appear he's had a stroke at some point.  The bench video shows limited use of his entire left side.  PIP.

That guy does better than the guys here in S. New Mexico and Arizona....They only go down half way down! They're so weak that they get a weight they can't handle and just go halfway. I mentioned it to a few of them and they have a million excuses.
