5'8 over 270 right now so def not going to look healthy but this is the cult of bodybuilding.

Looks like Dennis Wolf lite. Especially his flat bicep arms (by that pic). Lack of separation between his and tris and no "pop" to his muscles. Great quads, good chest.

It's not a beauty pageant sure, but it's also not a make yourself look decades older competition either. Bodybuilding is about being the extreme example of strength, size, balance, and overall good health. When those are brought together something beautiful comes about even in the ugliest of guys.

This guy looks like he's just pushed certain envelopes and he got huge (not discounting the fact he's done a lot of work to get there.) Aside from that he looks like a run of the mill has been to be.
