Let's go about this logically:
Before you were born, you where considered dead/nothing. So you came from dead/nothing to life once already, and so scientifically and theoretically nothing says it can't happen again.
The question is only if we before born, were not dead and have already existed in some form or another outside of this life. And whether or not we are eternal and never dead to begin with and might never truly die, only the phases of existence will vary and be completely separated from each other.
But all this doesn't even matter, because all our memories and who we are, are tied to our physical body. So it makes zero difference in our current life. Past or future lives are of no value in the current one. But still we find it somewhat interesting, but really it's a waste of time to ponder because of this fact.
