Popularity in both of our fields is what I'm comparing. I personally have 130k IG followers and never paid for not 1. I'm on my phone.
Is 130k followers good, what % of those are customers? the true followers are the one's that open wallets and pay for your product.
You are in business, ideally you would like to turn the 130k people into buyers, you think IG followers are a proven income stream..No way.
Rihanna with her 100M FB likes ETC still cannot sellout every concert, they still need to be promoted. With 100M "followers" you would assume she does not need a promoter...she does.
So no matter how many 'likes' anyone has it means nothing, social media is all fluff.
