If you find a chiro who only adjusts you and treats you like an item on a conveyor belt then leave him. The good ones will use a mix of muscle testing, soft tissue therapy (such as ART) as well as make adjustments. The best ones won't just adjust the standard places but also look at talus, wrist, elbow.
Ideally you'd find a chiro who trains so that he really appreciates your issues. A really good chiropractor who understands resistance training is as rare as rocking horse shit and as valuable as a unicorn horn.
