I didn't believe the statistic that the average woman is a size 16. Gym is full of lean women, when I go out you rarely see a fat girl disgrace herself by being there and I rarely shop at Aldi, home to fat people here.

On my holiday I thought the pool was licensed from Seaworld there were so many whales. I can see why, at breakfast, yes BREAKFAST, this was one of about 6 tables with sweet foods -




The fat beasts would return with 3 or 4 plates full and then maybe have a yoghurt after in the misplaced belief that this made it all healthy. Slovenly cows.

C'mon, man. What is there to understand when you're obese? I'm going to sound like TA but past a point, it's all pretty simple: excess calories = weight gain, calorie deficit= weight loss. Most of obese people have severely fucked up metabolism so trying to figure how much grams of protein they should have is pretty much useless. When you're at that point, just get your ass on the eliptical and starve yourself (at least it will feel like it considering what obese people REALLY eat).
