I do have pics posted nattie and not so nattie....both good shape but in diff ways.

Bout a 10 pound diff in comp sauce vs unsaucy

I always did better off the juice in comp versus on....could not get ripped and big enough at same time on...

Nah...I am 5'11"

But my body is very deceiving.....I look like a 'swimmer' (as some like to characterize here) in clothing...but look much bigger onstage after pumping up...all I ever wanted....other than competing...I'd rather just look lean and be able to wipe my own cooley

Take a look at my legs here...I am 5'11"...and they are 23, 24" maximum, cut-up....look well proportioned to upper body....actually defeats all in this particular line up.

my best is 445 knee wrapped and belted or 405 completely raw, i would have a hard time believing he did 515 for a single let alone sets
