Looking for some suggestions on diet and exercise
I am tall 6'4 about 205 or so, really don't weigh myself, long story. I am obviously really lean and have a decent 6 pack. I am looking to really make my abs stand out more, and wondering if I should do more weighted ab exercises? I currently can only work out 2-3 times a week for about an hour. Ideally I work out Chest and bi's on Tuesday and Back and shoulders on Thursday and Legs on Sundays, however, I don't always make my leg day( family, 2 very young kids). I do ab work on all days that I work out, weighted crunches, hanging leg raises(sometimes weighted), leg lifts and side bends.
I have recently started to try and improve my nutrition, I wouldn't call it a diet, but trying to eat a little cleaner.
Breakfast 7:30am Oatmeal with banana mixed in. a protein bar or drink
Second breakfast 9:30am Eggs and bacon
Lunch 12pm Meat, carb, veg
afternoon snack: oatmeal or baked potato(Wendy's)
Dinner 6:30 Meat, carb, veg
evening snack: protein bar or drink( ok some Dora cookies)
Supplements: Creatine and ZMA
Thanks for any suggestions. Looking to change up the routine a bit.
