Ah. Im 6'3" 239, not quite as filled out and higher BF obviously, but very similar as far as structure/type of muscularity/proportion goes.

My legs grow far more quickly than anything else (and I have bad knees from humping in my military days), so I do light leg days to keep them in line and save my knees.

Love to see some progress pics bro, your coach is very good. In fact I hope Sev hires someone of his caliber soon to take over his prep so he can finally move past that "natural athlete" look and start to get some of that 3D bodybuilder look.
