My computer crashed and I lost most of my pics, but here are two pics of me: the first one, is me training heavy immediately after the off-season to do some powerlifting. The second one is about 3 months later, backstage before the pre-judging at local amateur physique competition. I came in third; it sucks because I think the muscle maturity was there, but I mistimed the carb-up and didn't come in as dry as I should have.
