I have being having injuries lately, strained my back a while back it healed then my shoulder became inflamed, now I pulled my back today doing heavy stiff legged deadlifts, most of you would have cried in pain and went home but not the trainer I just went over to the leg curl machine and finish my workout, now I am home and I am putting some heat on it,

Guess I have to work out like simple simon for a bit till it heals up but I refuse to use rubber bands that is going too far.
Sloppy form, tighten your game rookie.

Hardcore because you trained through a major injury? Wow, you must be quite the "whatever-it-takes" athlete.  ::)

His entire "thug" persona goes down the tubes with his grandson's soup cup in the pic.

If you have not gotten an injury in the gym it means you are not going hardcore, I push myself to the extreme so sometimes my body will rebel against me.

Make no mistake brutha, I have the utmost respect for Coach's lifting and the weight he has moved. Anyone still moving big weight as they approach or pass 40 is okay in my book.

I had 315 on the bar but I think my back was fatigued because I did lunges and squats before.

But a smart bodybuilder knows its limits and works out of the injury zone.

At your bodyweight, you got injured with 315?

Not that I'm going to believe his claimed stats without proof, but you can injure yourself with anything.  Around 250 I fucked up my back warming up on deadlifts with a plate a side. My guess is I had already damaged it unnoticed some other time and that was the final straw

Its not a warm up I am already warm from squats and lunges before, I normally start at 315 then work my way up to 375 or 405 depending on how I feel that day.
