unfortunately it's not that easy for some guys. bbing for them isn't about the love of getting up in the am and smashing the gym and getting a good sweat on. it's abt as you say 'being relevant'. the attention. the lifestyle in some ways for a lot of people is a huge vacuous hole who's gravity you can't escape from.

the more I train the more I come to respect truly natural bbers. they do it for the challenge. to be better each day. for the challenge of being clean. bbing today isn't abt creating the perfect physique thru hard training and discipline it's abt creating a soft physique the easiest way possible. train hard? lol fuck that- just up the dose.

It's like one long rectangle. Most women have oval shaped quads, especially at that development with that amount of fat/muscle. Her upper body is defined and well developed. Great arms, and delts.
