I was reading the bible earlier today in my spare time and i came across the account of moses, when he grew angry at the israelite nation while returning from the mountain and hurled the two large heavy stone tablets that had the commandements written on them. those slabs are no joke thats some serious weight. can you give us any insight as to what kind of cycle or training you gave moses during that time, and how were you able to get him so strong or was that due to divine intervention? I feel these ancient training techniques have been long forgotten and we'd all appreciate you bringing them back.
