You have pronounced forhead wrinkles. Take a picture not redded out and not in shadow and you will see it.  In time, with enough sun exposure, your skin will not be able to regenerate from the UV damage and it will look worse and worse.  Go to any Farmers market and have a look at a farmer.  The skin will be extremely thick, mottled, wrinkled, discolored, patchy.

Total protip, TA. I should have heeded this advice when I was younger. Saved me from a heap o'trouble.  

To the plus, in a family who all were wearing glasses by 20, I still have perfect eyesight - most likely due to vigilantly wearing shades.

i grew very sun loving i started framing houses mowing lawns at a young age, i think eating meat with too much sun is a bad idea however your blood is healthier being a vegetarian and gets along with the suns rays better perhaps that is why im prevailing. Im not perfect i have zit on my nose that doesnt go away and i get random zits in this fuckin heat but i still look young and healhty as fuck i like to empower people through helping them to live in harmony with nature

if you stay hydrated like i do adonis and quit that stupid low calorie sedentary life style you choose to do you can DEAL with the suns rays.

why do you fear the sun but not heme iron makes no sens and that old fuck you posted looks like he drinks alot and eats meat, i rarely drink and dont eat meat

When light enters the eyes it must cause the brain to make the receptors that register temperature more sensitive.

So the tinted eyewear inhibits this receptor sensitivity by reducing the amount of sunlight that enters the eye.

I bet it takes energy to turn on the body's cooling system. Less light, less perceived heat, less cooling needed.... Less fatigue.

if you havent tried it ive always found training with eyes closed helps about 5-10 percent
