i rarely do squats now but dont have knee problems, but when i was lighter i did squats every day usually just bodyweight squats still no knee problems then

if you eat meat regularly you wil get more fine lines and splotchy skin and wrinkles because eating meat depletes your bodies bone marrow to stay alkaline, when eating meat your body is spongeing out all the good stuff to stay alkaline and break down the meat

people dont realize this until its too late.

Man you fucked up by painting that douglas fir paneled door.  The door should be white to be honest with you.  Good work, but that door needs to be white.  They are pretty old, usually 1900-1935 and you hebrewed it up.

You kinda got the colors reversed.  Colonial trim is usually colored and the walls white. With the door being the same color as the trim, which should be white in your painting scheme.
