need advice on inject times

 ???    i am going to do 500 mg e  and 300 mg deca  always heard to split  mon and friday half mon half friday  or just do all mon  and wait till next monday?

250mg of test/ 150mg of deca every monday and thursday

if you so chose....

Split them up for twice weekly injections to keep a more steady state level in your system.
