You don't need honey if you toss in the back of your throat and chase it with water... getbig style.

Professor, two-time Nobel laureate Linus Pauling did take 8 grams each day, and it was safe.  For cold, I take mega dozes as long I feel sick, and flu is usually over in 24 hours. Bodybuilders in Finland use three to 8 grams per day in regular basis, so I would say that 1 g is safe. In fact, there is plenty of products which have that 1 g in one pill, so what do you think, do you have to split them half? If it is safe for breastfeeding mothers, it will be safe for you also, unless you have spoiled your kidneys by abusing gear.
