Brad Harris has been into fitness his whole life. He has never competed and never trains his legs in the weight room. He runs both sprints and distance for legs. He said in an interview 30 years ago that he has used every weight routine under the sun but he now uses in general 3 sets of 12 reps for three exercises a body part. He has been an athlete his whole life. If you look at pictures of him for the last 60 years he has always been in shape. Arnold use to try to get him to compete but he has no interest.
I feel sad for guys that believe no one can be in shape without steroids. They believe that because they have to rationalize their own drug use. They realize how they look like crap without drugs so they extrapolate that to believe no one can be in shape since they can't.
