When I eat to bulk (yes I still believe in that, lol) I usually bake 20 pieces of chicken for the day and grab 2 at a time with a slice of bread and eat when I want throughout the day, takes 5 minutes at a time.

Cook in bulk and Tupperware (sp?) and there is no time consumption

Meal 1

P: 40g C: 100g F: 0g

Meal 2

P: 40g C: 40g F: 0g

Doing the math, this equals him being 5 or 6 weeks out.

He claims a natural 250 pounds, everybody can be a natural 250, this simply means he is fat (i am just holding water, brother).

No abs at this moment for sure.

No progress pictures either.

The cold facts:

-170 pounds at 11% body fat, also known as "Do you even lift, sister?"

-You are a very tiny casual weightlifter with no size.

-You are a fattie, for what your goal is.

-2600 calories is too much, you are not going anywhere, i am afraid.

-That is too much steroids for your size(or rather, lack thereof)

And what the fucking hell is this balsami rice and coconut oil, 170 pounds of nothing on 1 g of steroids.


Concurrence noted. Damios, why dont you just get on some Trimspa or something and leave the dieting and AAS to the alphas?

You are having 350 grams of carbohydrates a day, you are grossly overestimating both your carbohydrate and even protein requirements.

Post a picture of your 11% starting point, i suspect that one is off too.
When people like you say 11%, the reality will be 15%.

I don't think anybody gives a damn, the purpose why people are asking for pictures is to have a laugh.

I do not care about the "after" pictures, lets see where you're at now.
