99% of the AR platform is chambered for the .223.  I know there are wild cat chamberings.

Those arnt even wild cats. Stop by a magazine rack at the store and you'll see as many, if not more, ads for 1
ARs in 6.5, 308, etc.. Than you will for 223/556

And most guys picking up an AR are using it for the range or home defense so a 243 comparrison isn't a consideration. Plus the availability of parts for ARs is enormous with little need for gunsmithing.

Not to mention 20-30rd (or 50-100) capacity.

The punishment for a convicted felon in possession is much more severe than for jaywalking

Is that what I said? My god. How can anybody make it to 52 being as dense as you?

Also illegal to text and drive. Also illegal to throw used syringes in the trash. Also illegal to not disclose cash income or gambling winnings.

You're missing the point.

He believes because something is illegal that there's suddenly becomes some invisible force field that prevents somebody from doing it.

Yes I get it, but one must consider the scale of the violation. I guess it's up to the individual if the risk is worth the potential punishment.

Im aware of all that you fucking moron, going 33 mph is an offence in the UK, most people do it as the consequences are not that severe
Carrying an unlicensed gun in the UK is illegal, only a fucking moron would do it as you are likely to get at least 10 years in prison.

Wake the fuck up you stupid twat.

I didnt think you would be so dumb to assume that another human being who owns your mind wouldn't be aware of the obviousness of the subject.

I have a .22 air rifle.

I bought it to shoot rabbits, I went and got a rabbit in the crosshairs, and thought, fuck this, why would I want to kill this animal just going about its business, I put the gun away and went home, its still in the wardrobe.

Good man.
But is it even possible to kill a rabbit with an air rifle / bbgun?

Any idea what will happen if you get caught with a gun in Europe? If they know you have one a special force police squat wil brake down your door in the middle of the night to come and get you. Next step is years of prison time. It aint like "piew piew" USA where every mongol has a pair of guns lying around that are capable of killing 25 people in under 2 minutes.

I can't imagine living in a country where grown men cannot bear arms. I mean it's outrageous enough that we outlawed full auto but I guess that was just a knee jerk reaction from the 1930's gangster era or something.

Not even close, especially not in CA. The 6.5 is almost unheard of out here, the .308/7.62x51 is called the AR10, the socom .458 is another rare find.
LOL @ more common than .223/5.56.

Yes. If you had any idea about CA gun laws you would know this. Google gunmageddon. Newsom and Brown are wiping their asses with the 2nd amendment.
