he basically said lying to woman that she got that big naturally without juice only makes woman not want to workout more in fear that hey will look like DLB because she got that way naturally

If whatshisname can go judge-shopping in the UK, then so can DLB.

In the US, because of the first amendment, libel is very difficult to prove. DLB would essentially have to prove she was natty. Pretty sure she doesn't want that.
