So what's the deal with the huge bodybuilders I see working out doing dips and shit on the show lockup? Are those guys juicing? Are there very many huge guys? Good genetics? 
seriously doubt it.
the vast, vast majority of guys who 'workout' in prison, would NEVER have worked out on the street.
so, how many guys do you think are walking around that you see everyday that MAY have freaking 1/1000 genetics for building muscle, but don't know it because they've never tried to workout? doesn't matter if they're skinny or big when they start, some guys just need a lil stimulation and BOOM, they grow.
couple that with the fact that you burn very little kcals in prison, unless you're working in a housing crew (building houses/contruction). plus, you're taking in heavy starchy meals 3x/day (breakfast was oatmeal/farina with eggs, boiled or scrambled, and a lil carton of milk, sometimes you'd get pancakes), the other meals were usually pastas of some sort (or noodles with some sort of sauce or gravy)... I'd personally buy or trade for extra milks and extra pancakes, and eat extra bowls of oatmeal (there were always extra bowls ppl didn't want), days when we had hamburgers or hotdogs or smoked sausages I'd buy as many as I could find, usually 5-10 extra.......
... anyways, so you're eating steady kcals, and burning very little kcals, so you're gonna get larger.. most guys also get fatter. I was about 230 in there, but also about 15% bf, even with trt and t4.
are there anabolics in prison? sure, especially when redicat was doing business... but somebody fucked that up shortly after I got in.
