Gold Olympians-Mo Farah came 8th in the London Marathon, Jessica Ennis injured and preggo.

Chris Froome was lined up to get a second Tour de France title, but fell off his bike hurt his wrist and quit.

Football team in Brazil? Last time I felt that embarrassed was when I watched Broke Back Mountain with my dad in the cinema.

Yep, they've sucked serious ass in all areas.
Suarez destroys our football team and Julian Savea did the same to our rugby lads a few days later. $:-\$

Yes the UK posters are very strong this year on Getbig. Atleast we kick ass online

UK needs a football team (american).

When the NFL had a europe league a couple years back, it was legit.

I cant understand why it doesnt really take off in other countries.

NFL is being followed more n more over here, esp in London, Wembley stages some epic NFL games sometimes and your cheerleaders are ser-moking hot

Rugby is popular would have thought getting a few big lads to cross over is not big deal.

Rugby is a lot different though. Rugby boys would all be pretty well suited to be defensive linemen, linebackers, etc. I dont think your hebrew population over there is strong enough haha

They play an NFL game in Wembley every year and it sells out really quickly. I know quite a few fans of American football in the UK and three guys who actually play/played for local teams. One of them really wanted me to join his team but playing games on a Sunday morning after a very late night didn't appeal to me.

Yes the NFL relies on explosive speed more than raw power of rugby. We will need to bring new generations like of Dwain chambers and linford christies into the game

I think Dwain Chambers actually wanted to go into the NFL when he was banned from sprinting.

) and wanted to see him finish his career in the best possible way.
