Frank had the best seperation between upper and lower chest ever. If this guy told that bullshit that Incline bench hits more of the upper and decline more of the lower part of your chest you'd even tend to believe him.

Kevin Levrone

His chest is underrated because his delts were rediculous it overpowered it a bit. Kevin was the most complete bodybuilder ever, he had no weaknesses really. flawless head to toe.
