i know bro. but i just wanted to clear this up because some ppl may believe this is the real islam  :P

the video of me bench pressing 140 kg for 4 reps when i was 76 kg was more impressive ;D.. i am only 70 kg now!!.. was 72 kg before ramdan..

well i can do 130 kg good squats now at 70 kg,.. more impressive than that video coz i was 79 kg there and it was 120 kg.. at 35 now my legs have become their strongest because i was not taking them seriously when i was younger..
