In Gustavo's defense, I think he was trying to be a "funny guy". There's no way that he's implying being natural the way you guys interpret this vid. I believe he's stating that there are no "unnatural modifications"

Ditto. Of course he’s not drug free. These days “natural” means he’s not full of synthol. I'm sure that is what he intended.

No one who has a bigger butt than JLo is drug free.

Im pretty sure Gustavo meant that his arms were composed of natural muslce and not a bunch of synthol. He doesnt always translate everything well and probably didnt realize it would come across as him saying he is a natural bodybuilder with no drugs.
