but its things like this that makes health insurance more expensive, or free health schemes, difficult to set up.
with people refusing to accept that their actions DO affect others, in some way (in this case if it was a burden on the free health care system), then affordable health cover wont eventuate.
being "FREE", doesnt mean you can disregard the impact your behaviours have on others. If you choose a lifestyle that has a higher probability of causing an affect on others, costwise, then everyone suffers.
to me, thats not being FREE. and thats why irresponsible drug use affects everyone.
