I don't think she looks that bad. At least not yet.  However, with the culture of YOLO that has infiltrated the divisions of women's bodybuilding, There are a lot of FBB that look like walking death.  Unfortunately, Soto is just one of many.  There are some other examples.

Sounds like severe Pelvic inflammatory disease with Fitz Hugh Curtis syndrome.
Cause: Gonnorhea and or Chlamydia
