massive zit on the upper part of my forehead maybe from peanuts?

 latley been eating alot of peanuts in the morning. they are so good but this was about the 5th day in a row of them and then bam huge massive quarter sized zit on upper middle of forehead. interesting location, i suggest all others consume those spicy peanuts in the morning in mass quantities to see if they can obtain this sign

the nuts give energy but seem to flare up that lower back a bit so will be consuming more tofu to balance it out
