Photo not legit, clearly tattoo has moved sides from some sort of crazy voodoo magic.

(Yes not srs, Referencing bb.com/facebook kids who actually claimed a before/after was faked/different person because of his tattoo switching sides)

20 seconds full sprint, 10 seconds rest - 8x for 4 minutes

I prefer it on a stationary bike

How can you be 6'0", only weigh 160 pounds and look like that??? You should look VERY thin at that light bodyweight for your height, yet you don't? What's up with that?

cause he carries very dense, quality tissue.

hes the same height as borat, clean as a whistle, weighs 35 lbs less and has way more density.

I could put Ex on some mgs of this and that, bring him back in 12 weeks and hed be unrecognisable. he'd be even leaner, denser and holding ridiculous tissue. but given his job I don't think it's feasible. what he carries isnt pretty soft tissue this is performances based muscle.

in short he's got huge potential. considering what he's on, which is nothing, and how hard he's dieting he shouldn't look this 'good'. so much for ultra low cal diets eating tissue.
