I'm doing a lot of lunges right now

for each leg, 20, 16, 16 and hopefully more!

the deadlifts for warmup caused some acid reflux which subsided in time for situps, I think it has to do with consumption of whole fat milk and cheap canola oil pre workout but acid is good for complete digestion.

Everyone has movements that click for them (or fail to click for them).

Dorian Yates once said that he did not feel that lunges were effective.

But Coleman & Cutler did lunges all the time.

Lunges are a great exercise imho

I love them. Would like to squat again without incurring hip, knee or back problems but until that day lunges are great. Leave me panting for breath and I can live with 28" legs.

lunges are best especially when your just pumping it in that lower position killer burn, its a shame that it doesnt seem possible to get stronger after all these years just burning calories and keeping tight is all exercise seems to do

Yeah

It's hard to get stronger because you start to lose your balance if the weight gets too heavy.
