Very good question.
I imagine he's done with competing, so why wouldn't he ditch dumb (and very questionable,
regardless of bodybuilding competition aspirations) shit like the side presses? Like, actually train with weights like an athlete, with squats, bench presses and deadlifts, and focus on strength?
I totally get one enjoying resistance training, but with this type of boredom/nonsense, where's the motivation come from?
