My prep coach is IFBB
Pro Michael Liberatore, I met him after my first show and he told me I had a lot of potential, we exchanged info and I decided to hire for this shiw, I can honestly say that it was the best decision that I could have made, it makes a big difference having someone who knows different strategies regarding training, dieting, evaluation of the physique. .just having a 2nd set of eyes there to monitor you is instrumental..he's a great guy and Im glad I had the opportunity to work with him, I will hire him again for sure for my next show, no doubt.

training split for abs or in general? I train abs post am cardio just do crunches, lots of hanging exercises. Training split..I train 1 body part a day..sometimes if im in a good groove I don't take any rest days..I trained every day for 10 weeks for this show..except the last 3 days leading up to the comp.
