Had to fix up the place first before moving any furniture in which I'm doing now....new carpet, fresh paint, slate floor in the bathroom, etc. Laptop is mainly for when I travel and I was charging it up. I use a tablet in the living room and my desktop is in my office.

It takes more time to do stuff when you pay cash instead of using a credit card but its worth not paying 5 times and being burdened with debt

Not government housing but honestly its not needed as the cost of renting an apartment is pretty cheap in Sylva and Dillsboro. You can get a studio apartment for about 285 a month. I pay 435 a month for a 2 bedroom.

In any event, who cares. When shopping for anything, you always look for the best deal you can find....why pay more??? Not to mention, why would I care what anyone else thinks??? I know where to get the best deals from working so many years at flea markets and strip malls.
